Yao's Bringing Contemporary Chinese Cuisine to Oviedo

A contemporary Chinese restaurant is coming to Oviedo, owner Georgia Yiu told FFBW. According to a press release Yiu provided, Yao's will "delight locals and visitors alike with its innovative approach to Chinese cuisine and beverages, as well as a chic ambiance."
The new restaurant is slated to open this summer at: 15 Alafaya Woods Blvd Suite 107, Oviedo, FL 32765. They will be taking over the space formerly occupied by Bento Asian Kitchen & Sushi.
Yiu shared that between indoor and outdoor areas, they will have around 125 seats. Expect also a full bar and potential collaborations with local breweries for exciting beer options. Yiu intends for the concept to be upscale and welcoming.
The prepared statement shared about the culinary program: "Yao’s cuisine is a harmonious blend of Chinese heritage and the deeply rooted influences of Central Florida. The dishes reflect the siblings’ journeys, balancing time-honored family recipes with a profound appreciation of local flavors and various culinary techniques."
