An ambitious new concept is in the works for Kissimmee, co-owner Christina Kapp told FFBW. Violet's Garage is an all-encompassing venue that will include a nano-brewery, restaurant, chef-driven pop-ups, outdoor gather areas and a live performance space.
Violet's Garage is coming to Kissimmee from the owners of Kapp and Kappy Bed and Breakfast, a boutique bed and breakfast in the area that's been operating since 2017. Christine and Thomas Kapp intend for Violet's Garage to be a fresh family gathering space that is unique to downtown Kissimmee.
iolet's Venom Brewery will be the nano brewery in the space. It will feature 16 self-pouring taps, four of which will be brewed in house. The rest will be local and national favorites. Violet's Venom will also have a full liquor bar.
In the same complex will be Floridilla Restaurant. The menu will feature classic American comfort foods like: salads, burgers, sandwiches, tater tots, mac and cheese and others.
Additionally, there will be 4-5 kiosks rented by local and rising chefs. Kapp reported that they will feature chefs that will bring fresh cuisines to downtown Kissimmee. There's also potential for one of the kiosks to host a retail pop-up as well.
According to the brand's website, Violet's Garage will have a large outdoor gathering space and an outdoor sculpture garden. Inside, they will have rental space for corporate events or paint and wine nights.
An exact opening date for the venue is unavailable. Kapp mentioned that they are still building out the space. Updates to follow. Check out their Facebook page.
Violet's Garage will be located at: 14 W Neptune Rd #3, Kissimmee, FL 34741.
