Salad Boss

Moving from their original digs in a commercial kitchen, Salad Boss is opening its first stand-alone location. Salad Boss is led by entrepreneur Ronnie Hall. The brand is centered on healthy eating, and Hall told FFBW that they are doing construction now. He hopes to open by the end of September.

Co-franchisee Armando Cohen confirmed with FFBW that a new location of Mister 01 Pizza is in the works for Boca Raton. This location is in the permitting phase Cohen said, and they expect to open by the end of the year or early Q1 of next year.

Additionally, Cohen is in lease negotiations for a unit in Wellington, but there is little information about this location available as of now.

FFBW followed up with owner Gellert Szaloki, who confirmed that Axvengers is now expected to open in September, a month later than originally planned. The concept, which we initially covered in June, has seen a few delays in its development.

Expect to enjoy drinks and snacks while throwing axes. Find them at: 8330 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819.

Teegan's Tropical Ice

The third location of Daytona Beach local brand is in the works, owner Lamont Alexander told FFBW. Teegan's Tropical Ice has two other physical locations and two mobile units.

Alexander told FFBW that he is hoping to open this third location around the end of August or early September. They will serve Italian shaved ice, pizza, and coffee in the mornings. Alexander described it as three-in-one concept because of the different cuisines he will offer. Additionally, they will host after school tutoring programs when they open.
