Taco Bout It Bringing Authentic Mexican to Vero Beach

Vero Beach is getting an independent and authentic build-your-own burrito concept later this year. Owner Ricardo Gamez told FFBW that Taco Bout It will serve family recipes and traditional Mexican drinks.

The new fast-casual Mexican restaurant is slated to open in December of this year at: 626 US-1, Vero Beach, FL 32962. Once opened, they will operate seven days a week from 7 am - 9 pm. Gamez said that they will be serving Mexican breakfast in the mornings.

Gamez, who owns the Subway location in the same development, said that they will have tables inside and outside. The focus will be to bring authentic Mexican recipes and fuse them with the build-your-own burrito craze that's spread throughout the country.

In addition to horchata and other beverages, Gamez will be serving bottled beer.
