The Smoothie Paradise food truck is planning to go brick and mortar soon, co-owner Jonathan Block told FFBW. Smoothie Paradise has been operating as a mobile smoothie and boba bar for the past three years, and now they are putting down roots.

The new cafe will allow the brand to expand their menu. Block told FFBW that they will begin serving coffees, like espressos, lattes, cappuccinos and more. Additionally, they will offer small finger foods, like protein balls and others. Açaí bowls are also planned to join the menu, but this might not happen right away.

Jonathan, his wife Jessica, and their three kids are Brevard County residents and take pride in bringing another locally owned and operated cafe to the area. Currently, they are in construction and plan to wrap up soon.

The goal is to soft open in March. Find them at: 310 W New Haven Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901.
