Shake-A-Salad Opening Second Location in New Port Richey with More in the Pipeline

A new location for Shake-A-Salad is opening in New Port Richey, co-owner Ryan Maisel told FFBW. This will be Maisel and his wife's, Leighann's, second restaurant in the Shake-A-Salad brand.

A disabled 9/11 responder, Maisel and his family moved from New York and wanted to bring some of the delicious salads they loved from back home. Maisel reported that they make their own dressings, slice the freshest produce daily, don't used any preservatives and take food safety and handling seriously.

The new restaurant is planning to debut in mid-May at: 9822 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34654. They will maintain similar hours to the original location in Wesley Chapel: 11 am - 8 pm Monday - Thursday, 11 am - 10 pm Friday and Saturday, and 11 am - 7 pm on Sundays.

While this location is nearing their opening date, Maisel shared that they are working on bringing another to Hillsborough County as well. A timeline isn't available for this potential location.
