Ray Holden, former president and COO of Miller's Ale House, is founding a brand new concept with his four sons in Orlando. Sizzlin' Greens will be a health-oriented brand that serves soups, salads, and sandwiches with grilled-to-order proteins.
Holden told FFBW that the goal of Sizzlin Greens will be to grow. Expansion is a strong-suit for Holden, who grew Miller's Ale House from 3 locations to the 100+ existing now.
Recently having departed from Miller's, Holden is ready to build a new brand with his four sons.
The main draw of Sizzlin' Greens will be their healthy and fresh food. Their salads will be topping with made-to-order organic chicken, grass fed beef or other proteins. Additionally, they will have organic beverages for patrons to enjoy.
Sizzlin Greens is about to start construction on their 2,300 square foot building. Holden expects to open in March or April of 2024. Find them at: 12639 W Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
