Paradise Food & Drinks
A new food truck park is planning to open near Wynwood, co-owner David Chicue told FFBW. Paradise Food & Drink will be a sprawling outdoor food truck park featuring a range of high-quality food and beverage offerings from numerous trucks and an on-site bar.
Chicue reports that they will have Italian, Mexican, Cuban, ceviche, BBQ, steaks, desserts and more food offerings between all of their trucks. Additionally, in a freestanding building on premises, they will offer beer, wine and cocktails.

Taste and See by B
What has been a catering operation for three years is about to go mobile soon. Taste and See by B is owned by Chef Betania Ortiz, or Chef B.
Chef B reported to FFBW that she will likely open the food truck within a week. Her menu will consist of Lamb chops, tacos, ribeyes, steak sandwiches, wings, fries, mac and cheese, greens and much more.
Taste and See by B will continue to offer catering, and they will attended different events to sell delicious food around town as well. Follow the brand's Facebook.
Henney Wings and Thingz
A new food truck is opening soon in Pembroke Pines, co-owner Sybrena Singletary told FFBW. Henny Wings and Thingz will likely open in 2-3 weeks, Singletary said.
They will serve a wide-ranging menu of wings, burgers, calamari, other seafood, chicken sandwiches, fries, and much more. They have a vast selection of sauces to toss their wings in as well.
Singletary is also the owner of Henny Tyme Bar and Lounge. She previously had a food truck but has since closed it.
Brain Freeze & Junk Food
A pop up dessert concept is moving into a 20 foot food trailer soon, owner Stephan Feldschuh told FFBW. Brain Freeze & Junk Food has been a pop up serving slushies at events for over a year, and now Feldschuh is moving into a bigger operation and ramping up his business.
In the trailer, Feldschuh will feature two slushy machines, a popcorn machine, a soft serve machine and two fryers. He plans to serve fried Oreos, fried Twinkies and mozzarella sticks initially. As business grows, he will begin offering chicken tenders and other foods.
Currently, he is going through the inspection process and will open for business in December. You can keep track of the business via their Instagram.
A new fast casual concept is coming to Winter Garden soon via former Miller's Ale House COO Ray Holden.
The main draw of Sizzlin Greens will be healthy, delicious food. They will serve salads, soups and sandwiches, Holden said. Each salad will be topped with fresh, grilled to order proteins, like organic chicken, grass fed beef and others. Additionally, they will have organic beverages for patrons to enjoy.
Holden reported that their goal is to expand into several other locations. Sizzlin Greens is about to start construction. Holden expects to open in March or April of 2024. Find them at: 12639 W Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
Aqua Seafood and Steaks
The third location of Aqua Seafood and Steaks is coming to North Naples by way of restaurateur Goran Stojkoski. This new location will be opening in the newly renovated Green Tree Plaza.
The brand is known for their refined menu, extensive wine list, dancing, and live entertainment. Stojkoski describes it as fine dining meets live entertainment. They opened their first restaurant on Fifth Avenue in Naplees in 2011, and their second in Bonita Springs last year.

El Gaucho Trattoria
A local restaurateur is opening a new Italian concept soon. Rocio Navarrete told FFBW that El Gaucho Trattoria will likely open in February 2024.
Navarrete has three other restaurants, El Gaucho Inca in Estero and Fort Myers, and El Gaucho Deli and Cafe. This unit will be the fourth.

Joy Japan Sushi & Hibachi
A new Japanese restaurant is opening in Saint Cloud soon, owner Joyce Huang told FFBW. Joy Japan Sushi & Hibachi will serve a range of Japanese dishes, including ramen and many others.
Huang said that this summer she opened Kumo Sushi and Hibachi in the Villages. By her estimates, Joy Japan will open in January or February. Find the restaurant at: 2215 Nolte Rd, St Cloud, FL 34772.
Mama Thai Food
A home catering business Auburndale is opening a food trailer soon, co-owner Rodrick Whitehead told FFBW. Mama Thai Food has been serving people from their home for four years.
Whitehead reported that they will sit a regular spot most days, but will also travel to festivals and events in the area. He hopes to have the trailer up and running in two weeks.

A new location of Culver's is planned for Tallahassee, co-franchisee Bret Freistedt told FFBW. The new restaurant is still in the early stages of development. Freistedt said that they are about to break ground for construction.
Expect this unit to open in 6+ months. Freistedt is also the co-franchisee of the Culver's on Monroe Street in Tallahassee. This location has been open for 3 years.

A new food truck is coming to Freeport to accompany Cash's Discount Liquors, a bar and liquor store. Owner Myles Jones told FFBW that they are looking to host a grand opening as soon as Friday, December 1.
Jones reported that his wife owns Cash's Discount Bar and Liquor store, and opening a food truck seemed to be the best way to provide food for their patrons. They'll serve smash burgers, wings, grilled cheeses, chicken sandwiches, variations of fries, chips, salads and more.
