The Madre's Mexican Fresh Expanding in Orlando and Jacksonville
A local Florida brand growing across several cities.
Prolific entrepreneur Francisco Gavilan is expanding his recently established restaurant. The Madre's Mexican Fresh is opening soon in Altamonte Springs. This comes just weeks after launching a restaurant in Jacksonville.
FFBW recently reached Gavilan on his lunch break, (he was eating Madres at the new Jax location) and he took some time to share his vision for the brand. A lifelong Floridian, Gavilan aims to only grow in the state. His passion is to create a local Floridian brand known for excellent service, quality, and affordable prices.

Founded in South Florida, Gavilan has a restaurant in West Palm Beach and one in Wellington. Altamonte Springs will likely open around Thanksgiving in the Altamonte Mall.
The Madre's Mexican Fresh team are scouting for a unit in Winter Park, and another in Jacksonville. A timeline on these isn't clear yet.
