A new jazz, poetry and R&B lounge is set to open soon in Lauderhill, co-owner Tory Chestnut told FFBW. HIŶDE's concept is centered on being a hideaway for music and art lovers who want to relax, enjoy a drink and listen to live performances.
HIŶDE will offering a menu of finger foods, beer, wine and wine cocktails. The club will host local musicians, writers, poets and comedians who can perform professionally before the audience. The stage will be surrounded by tables, chairs and sofas that the guests can relax in while they enjoy the shows.
Chestnut said that he and his partner are working on training staff and completing light remodeling. The hope is to open HIŶDE in mid-April. However, this depends on how quickly the city grants permits and licensing.
